Good News Bible - Lite App Reviews

I have really enjoyed this app except for the time it crashed and I had to get it re installed. Initially, they tried to charge me again but they said they would waive it this time. It wasnt even my fault.

This is an excellent version of the Bible with study helps for all ages. I especially like the introductions to each book which give background material which helps in understanding the purpose of the characters involved. This app is easy to use and navigate.

This is a very good Bible application that affords the reader a simple way to look up verses ,read stories ,and fulfill their spiritual needs. I recommended it to anyone looking for a good Bible application.

This bible reads like a story and therefore very easy to understand especially the stories in the Old Testament which can be a bit difficult to follow. Having read this bible, it makes reading the King James Version easier. The one upgrade needed is the option to highlight and bookmark a page.

Really nicely simplified version easy to use

Really like the app, I need to learn more about all the benefits, could use it more thoroughly, I do use it everyday to do bible readings, is easier for me with the larger print and back lighting

Easy to use and understand. It will be better to have the app keep my place when I leave it and then return later.

Easy to use and so handy. It also is great to be able to add notes, just like in a pepper Bible.

I use this everyday. It is a great, easy to read, search, and travel through bible application. My only complaint, like everyone else, and I hope they are reading this, is that every time you close it...you lose your place. Hitting the "Go back to where you were reading button" doesnt work. So I keep the App open after I finish reading for the night, look at it the next night before I tough it, so I know where I left off, and then touch it. It closes and we start over again, but since it stayed open I knew where I was. A work around, but we shouldnt have to do that...the button should work!!!!! Other than that...this is a really good bible APP.

Love my bible to bits

The resume reading button doesnt work. It keeps going abc to Acts no matter where I was last reading. PLEASE fix that.

It is great! It is easy to understand!

I love this app. Its always with me when I need it and its easy to use. I do wish it had a more definitive way of finding scripture related to specific issues. For that I have to wait until Im home and close to my reference bible. I guess I could look for a separate app for that!?

Great version of the bible to reference!

I like this bible a lot. I especially like the bright colored back ground & how easy it is to find the books of the bible. My only issue is that I wish it had a concordance or can break down passages for a better understanding.

Great to have with me whenever I need it. Love the intro to each book. But would like to open to where I left off.
